Mr. Craig serves on the board of Pure Romance, LLC and served on the boards of Alamac American Knits LLC (Co-Chairman), AFI Hydro Inc., CP Industries, Inc.,
CSG, Inc. (Chairman), Curtis Industries, Inc., FEI Products LLC (Co-Chairman), FEI Women's Health LLC (Co-Chairman), Gevity HR, Inc. (formerly Staff Leasing, Inc.)
(Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer), Hale Indian River Groves, Inc. (Co-Chairman), NASCO, Inc., SCFI, Inc. (Chairman) and Schuylkill Metals Corporation.

Mr. Craig was Chairman of Craig, Hochreiter & Co. Incorporated, President of Stanger, Craig & Associates, Inc. and a Vice President of Lazard Freres & Co. He was a
member of the Young Presidents' Organization ("YPO").

Mr. Craig received a BA, MA and JD degree from Brown University, Cambridge University (Selwyn College) and the University of Michigan Law School, respectively.


Daniel K. ("Dan") Bryan - dbryan@craigcapitalcorp.com

Since 2004, Mr. Bryan has been a Managing Director, working out of the Burlington, VT office.

Mr. Bryan serves on the board of Pure Romance, LLC (Co-Chairperson) and served on the boards of Alamac American Knits LLC (Co-Chairman), AFI Hydro Inc.,
FEI Products LLC, FEI Women's Health LLC and Hale Indian River Groves, Inc.

Mr. Bryan was a Vice President of Antares Real Estate (where he structured and financed real estate acquisitions), a Vice President of Finance of Greenwich Technology
Partners and an Analyst at CIBC World Markets Corp. (where he focused on high yield investment banking).

Mr. Bryan received a BA and MBA degree from Middlebury College and the Harvard Business School, respectively.


J. Philip (“Phil”) Thebault - pthebault@craigcapitalcorp.com

Mr. Thebault was a Cofounder and Partner of NextWater, LLC (“NextWater”) (i.e., a water-focused holding company offering low-cost, sustainable, water solutions to
industrial and municipal water systems), where he headed (1) sales/marketing and (2) acquisitions (e.g., the acquisition of Emery & Garrett Groundwater Investigations, LLC
(“EGGI”) and the partnership with BioKube A/S). In addition to serving on the board of EGGI, he held an operating role and helped EGGI double its revenue and triple its
EBITDA while under NextWater’s management. Following the sale of EGGI (i.e., NextWater’s primary asset) to a strategic acquirer, which resulted in an IRR of 40%+,
Mr. Thebault joined Craig Capital Corporation. Prior to NextWater, Mr. Thebault was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital in New York City.

Mr. Thebault received a BA degree from Brown University.
